What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your purchases by PayPal, Internet Banking, ATM Transfer and Interbank Transfer. Find out more about our PAYMENT METHODS here.

DELIVERY

Where is my order confirmation?

If you have submitted your order via email, please allow 2 working days for us to manually confirm your order.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is hot off the printer, we'll send you a notification via email. Your order will be shipped within 2 working days of the notification.

POSTAGE COSTS

How much does local postage (within Singapore) cost?

Normal mail within Singapore is free. (You're welcome!) 

Please note that we are not liable for missing packages, as there is no tracking system for normal mail.

What if I want my parcel tracked?

We offer an island-wide courier service at just $6. If you'd like to opt for this, please email us your order.

How much does international shipping cost?

Contact us for rates, or view your cart to find out the shipping rate to your country (choose your country, then select 'UPDATE TOTAL'). All international orders will be sent by registered air mail via Singapore Post and take about 6-12 working days to arrive.

REFUNDS

It's been weeks since my order has been marked as shipped, and I still haven't received it. What do I do?

Once we've informed you that your order has been shipped, you should receive it between 3-7 working days. As Singpost's normal mail option does not come with a tracking system, we cannot guarantee the arrival of your order via normal mail. If you opted for normal mail, we are unfortunately unable to grant you a refund on orders that fail to arrive.

If you opted for courier or international mail, please email us your issue and order number and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

EXCHANGES

I have received my item but it does not fit me. Can I exchange it?

Because each Lim Edition tee is made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges. So please check (and double-check) sizings against our nifty size chart before making your order. 

I have received an incorrect item in my order. What do I do?

Please email us your issue and order number, and we promise to get back to you within 48 hours.

I have received a faulty item in my order. What do I do?

Every Lim Edition tee is thoroughly inspected for flaws and faults before shipping. If you believe that your item is faulty, please email us your issue and order number, and we promise to get back to you within 48 hours.

T-SHIRT CARE

What does pre-shrunk mean?

It means that the fabric of a t-shirt has already been shrunk to an extent through heat treatment.

Can pre-shrunk t-shirts shrink even more?

It sounds contradictory but yes, they can still shrink by 2% - 5% if you don't follow proper care instructions. 

How do I take care of my Lim Edition tee?

With great care and these tips, any tee you own will last you a long time. 

We recommend hand washing your tee inside-out and air-drying it for best results. 

If you have to use a washing machine, always use cold water. 

To avoid any extra shrinkage, it's also best that you don't throw your tee in the dryer. If you absolutely have to tumble dry it, the recommended maximum setting is 5 mins on low heat.
